Become A 2026 Summer Tour Sponsor

GOLD Option #1 - Set up in the field (Providing more opportunity for interaction with farmers throughout the course of the event.) 

• Participants may set up a maximum of two 12’ × 12’ tents (not provided) within a designated space. Tents may be placed together or in separate locations on the tour route. 
• Participants bringing equipment for display may set up one 12’ × 12’ tent (not provided) with their equipment. 
• Tents, tables and chairs are not provided and must be supplied by exhibitors.

Option #2- Under the large sponsorship tent. 

• Two eight foot tables in a premier location under the silver sponsor tent in a highly visible and trafficked area or you may set up a maximum of two 12’ by 12’ tents (not provided) in the field. 

Additional GOLD sponsorship information: 

To ensure a fair and organized setup, all GOLD Sponsors will be required to participate in a brief virtual meeting prior to the event to select booth locations. Sponsors will have the opportunity to choose placement based on sponsorship participation and available space. Additional details and scheduling information will be provided following registration. 

One 8 ft table and two chairs (table and chairs provided) under the sponsorship tent and you will be listed on the program 

Sponsors may set up their booths from 1:00-4:00 PM on August 4th or from 6:00-7:00 AM on August 5th. We highly advise you to complete your setup as early as possible to allow for time to interact with attendees before the event. Registration the day of the tour begins at 7:00 AM. Please be sure to check in at registration to receive your lunch token!
